Exchange and Returns Policy
Purchases from Erica Haley may be returned to Erica Haley for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Returns are only accepted for unworn, unaltered jewelry sent securely in the original packaging (Erica Haley pouch and/or box).

How to Return:

Please email sales@ericahaley.com for return or exchange requests. Please provide your Name, Order Number, Address, Item, and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be refunded for the purchase price of your item. 

Please Note:

  • Sale and final sale purchases do not qualify for returns. 
  • Custom jewelry may not be returned. 
  • Beaded Bracelets may not be returned. If the size you received is not the same as the size you ordered, please email us here and our team will do its best to remedy the problem. 
  • Erica Haley does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
