Shipping Policy
Orders are processed pending item availability. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been confirmed and shipped. Your order confirmation page will also provide details about when your order has been confirmed and shipped. Erica Haley will be in touch with you via email if there are any issues or delays with your order.

Upon checkout you will have the option to select a shipping method. The following are our standard shipping times for web orders. Please note the separate shipping times for personalized jewelry orders.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1PM ET will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-4 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 1PM ET on will begin processing the following business day and will ship within 2-4 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.

Orders placed on the weekend between Friday after 1PM ET through Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. 

Personalized and initial necklaces and bracelets will begin processing that day and require up to 2 weeks to ship.
