1. First determine your wrist circumference.

      Adjust a tape measure precisely to your wrist. 

2. Then, add 1 inch to your wrist circumference.

      Add one inch to your wrist circumference to determine your size. The model is wearing size 6.5" and has a 5.5" wrist measurement (or the equivalent of XS).
